Typically design packages are a combination of several services. The services you select depend on what satisfies your needs.
The cost for these service depends on various factors:-
*The number & size of rooms
*The size of the building
*The extent of design details required in each room.
Each room is charged separately, as room requirements differ from one room to another. Kindly call to discuss your needs in detail.
Product Sourcing. We assist you to source your desired furniture locally or Internationally. Fees for product sourcing are agreed depending on the length of time required on the sourcing task.
*Logistics: *
We can assist with the freight and other logistics of your furniture, either by sea, Land or air, *(associated cost is charged separately to the client)*
Delivery can be to your desired location or straight to the job site/project location, for immediate set up and installation.
Project Management. An agreed percentage of total project cost could also be charged as project management fees.
